Our cuisine represents a modern take on the rich traditions of the Provençal region.

Menus can be customized for a variety of health and dietary preferences.  Our chefs craft bespoke experiences exploring the most authentic Provençal products.   Meals serve to further connect guests with the land as well as with each other -- shared together in one of the spacious dining rooms or outdoors under the summer trees.  Whether you'd like a healthy detox, or a more indulgent menu, the Provence Experience provides a culinary journey all your own.

Fresh & Organic

Menus are spontaneous -- our chefs use the best ingredients of the moment whether harvested from nearby gardens or purchased from one of many local farmers markets.

 

Kitchen open daily
Starting @ 7AM

On-site chefs prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily as well as a variety of snacks and beverages.
