A place to unwind.

Presence and mindfulness are integral parts of The Provence Experience.  By bringing our guests fully into the moment, we help them to engage with their physical space, each other, and with themselves.  Doing so helps them to fully unplug and unwind giving them the ability to recharge.  The result is a unique renewal of both body and mind.

 
 

Yoga

EVERY DAY @ 9AM + 5PM • 60-75 MINUTES

Daily yoga is a central part of the Provence Experience.  A regular yoga practice has been shown to reduce anxiety and stress while promoting overall well-being.  Enjoy a range of classes taught in our fully glassed-in yoga studio or outside in the garden.

 

Meditation

EVERY DAY • 30-60 MINUTES

The Provence Experience aims to guests be fully present so they can fully unwind, savoring the Provencal ambiance and time spent with each other.  Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to the internal and external experiences occurring in the present moment.  This attention and awareness can be developed through the practice of meditation and other training.
